MUNDI'S STORE POLICY


This platform is dedicated exclusively to the sale of scripts designed for use within the RedM CFX.re framework. I pride myself on delivering quality, unique, and thoughtfully crafted content, always with a focus on stability and user input.


Delivery Policy


  • Scripts will be delivered to your Cfx.re Keymaster account upon purchase through Tebex.

  • The timing and availability of the product are managed by Keymaster and Tebex. I hold no responsibility for these aspects.

  • Your Customer Discord role will be automatically assigned to you upon purchase if you are currently in my official Discord server.


Refund Policy


  • I understand that encountering issues can be frustrating. Please note that refunds will be issued only if a bug created by me is present and I am either unable or unwilling to resolve the problem. I genuinely appreciate your patience as we work through any difficulties together.

  • I stand behind my products, and if they function as advertised, i do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Your satisfaction is important to me, and i encourage you to reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

  • Finally, I want to be honest, due to strict financial laws, it is very difficult to initiate the refund process, so i will always do my best to provide what is promised!


License Agreement

Restrictions:

  • Modification of any encrypted content is strictly prohibited.

  • Purchase of scripts is permitted only through the official Mundi's Tebex store.


Support and Maintenance


  • Support is available exclusively to verified purchasers of my products (must have the Customer role in Discord).

  • Only one user can have the roles associated with the scripts purchased. The original owner can request role transfer to another user.

  • Updates, though they have no set schedule but you will be notified on the discord!

  • Suggestions for improvements are always welcome! Feedback is awesome!

  • Support will immediately cease in the moment you disrespect, insult, or engage in any other form of aggression towards me or anyone in the community, and you may be banned from using my store and from the Discord server.

  • Your personal information is held in strict confidentiality to ensure your privacy and security.

  • I am not liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of my scripts. Users assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of my products.
